Every year since 1907, the Springfield Memorial Association has held a special meeting on the 3rd Sunday of August (August 18th) to highlight some aspect of our history. This year’s speaker will be Brenda Haworth, who plans to talk about many of the Quaker women who contributed so much to the life of Friends in this area. Please join us at 11:00 am, and plan to stay for a pitch-in meal at noon. The Museum of Old Domestic Life will be open for visitors after lunch.
